3. Core Processes
3.1 Procurement and Materials
• Selection of reliable suppliers;
• Verification of invoices, dimensions, and quality of MDF, plywood, stainless-steel hardware, certified hardwoods (IBAMA / INEA), bulkhead panels, partitions, B15-class ceiling panels, and accessories.
3.2 Production and Finishing
• Execution according to the approved project;
• Use of high-temperature bonding for MDF finishes, selected hardwoods for decks, electrostatic-painted panels, acoustic/thermal/fire-retardant insulation, and stainless-steel hardware, ensuring durability;
• Final inspection of dimensions and finishes prior to delivery.
3.3 Assembly and Installation
• Installation performed by trained personnel;
• Final inspection conducted with the client at the installation site.
4. Document and Record Control
• All quotations, production orders, and invoices are digitally archived;
• Photographs of each completed project are retained as records;
• An inspection checklist is completed prior to delivery.
5. Non-Conformance Management
• If any defect or failure is identified, the product is repaired or remade at no additional cost to the client, provided there is no misuse;
• All occurrences are recorded for analysis and prevention of recurrence.
6. Training and Safety
• Teams receive training in woodworking techniques, equipment safety, and material handling;
• PPE is provided and mandatory in all production and installation activities.
7. Continuous Improvement
• Client feedback is collected after each delivery;
